Processing & Delivery of all Personalised Orders.
All Personalised items are made to order, we aim to complete your order as quickly as possible and can on occasions have items completed and ready for posting in a few days. However during busy periods it may take longer. Our average processing time is around 3-14 Working Days depending on products (Excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays) plus shipping duration.

Personalised Gifts - 3-7 Working Days
Personalised Banners & Posters - 2-3 Working Days
Personalised Teddies - 3-7 Working Days
Should you require your order urgently please contact us and we will do our best to work to your timescale but cannot always guaranteed this. if you need an order FAST please contact us as we are unable to guarantee delivery dates and times.
Any items which are pre-made will be despatched within 2 working days of receipt of cleared payment.
Delivery Policy (Does not include processing time)
We posted on a daily basis Tuesday to Friday.
We offer FREE UK 48 hour tracked shipping on all orders over £49.99. For orders under £49.99 then the standard delivery charge will apply at check out or if you upgrade to a faster delivery service.
Please note the following delivery guide is based on information provided by Royal Mail or other courier services and for just shipping durations only excluding and production.
Royal Mail 24hr Tracked – Next Working Day Delivery with Tracking.
Royal Mail 48hr Tracked – 2 Working Day Delivery with Tracking.
Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm – Next Working Day Delivery by 1pm, Fully Trackable.
DPD Courier Service – 1-2 working days, Fully Trackable to the final 15 minutes. SMS/Email updates
International delivery – At present we do not offer international delivery.
All items are posted through Royal Mail with proof of postage obtained. We may on occasion use other courier services.
All items that you order will be sent to the shipping address you give at time of placing the order. If any of the details you have given in your delivery address are incorrect we accept no liability for your goods if you do not receive them. If you require your order to be sent to a different address after it has been ordered then there may be an additional charge for this but please contact us to confirm that we are able to change the delivery address.
You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like the products sent directly to the recipient.
If you have completed your address incorrectly and your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to make payment for new shipping cost and also correct address. We are unable to offer any refunds for parcels returned due to incorrect address given at the time of the order.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates or accept any liability for deliveries made outside the agreed timescale, if you have not received your items, please check with your local sorting office even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you.
Local Collection/ Click & Collect:
Local collection or click and collect orders can be placed through our website, please do not travel to collect your order until you have received confirmation that your order is ready for collection. Collection is from our bricks and mortar store located in St Helens, Merseyside. Collection times between Monday to Friday 10am until 5pm & Saturday 9am until 4pm.
Local Delivery:
We offer a local delivery services to the following postcodes WA9, WA10, WA11, L34, L35, L36 we have a minimum spend for free local delivery of £25.00. Any orders under £25.00 will carry a £5.00 delivery charge.
