When will my order be posted?
Your products are personalised in house, so most orders ship in 5-7 business days after your order is placed. If your order will be delayed, we will notify you immediately.
When will my order arrive?
Orders leave our shop around 5-7 business days after your order is placed and, to addresses within the UK, will take approximately 2 additional business days to arrive.
How do I track my order?
Once your order leaves our shop you will receive a tracking number depending on the postage selected.
How much is Personalisation?
All our prices include FREE personalisation, no additional charges.
Do you offer Bulk Gift Discounts
Yes ofcourse we do! please contact us with your requirements and we will be more than happy to discuss bulk pricing structures.
Can I change my order?
If your order is currently processing then we are more than happy to make a change to order. Please note that if you order has been personalised then we are unable to offer a change.
Can I return a personalised order?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of personalised items. If you do have a problem please contact us and we will do our best to help.
