How it all started…. We established our business in 2007, Helen was coming to the end of her maternity leave and wanted to learn all about Balloons.
Here is our timeline:
2007 - Professional Balloon Training
Helen completed Balloon Professional Training over several days to become an
accredited Balloon Professional.
2007 - Business established, working from home.
We started to advertise our services providing a wide variety of balloon decor for
various events including Parties, Weddings and Corporate Balloon Decor. We
completed various events.
2008 - NABAS Balloon Festival of Art.
A day and night full of activities and events gear to Balloon Professionals.
2008 – More Balloon training in Tamworth
We completed a full of
training in various balloon decoration. The day included various balloon décor designs
and fundamentals of the balloon industry.
2009 – Adapting the business
We received client request for further services including venue dressing chair covers, table centrepieces, and led dance floors. Due to the overwhelming requests we were receiving we add
to our Balloon Decoration services to include full venue dressing, LED Dance centerpieces floors, and table centrepieces.
2010 – Securing our 1st Business Premises
Due to the growth of the business we secured business premises in Aintree, Liverpool. We
secured our 1st business premises allowing us to store and showcase all of our services. We also provided a retail business of greeting cards and party products.
2012 – Moving to a New Premises
After 2 years in the retail premises, we decided to move to a new premises in Bootle, Liverpool which would be just a showroom for our Balloon Décor and Venue Dressing services. We provided appointment only consultations to our clients for various events. At this time we were providing a variety of Corporate Balloon Décor including Outdoor Spiral Balloon Arches for Liverpool Santa Dash, Subway, Virgin Media, Coop, Castle Bingo, Iceland, Radio City, Cheshire Oaks & Tesco plus various printed balloon services.
